"King Dhritarashtra declares himself powerless. I take my leave of you all and shall go to Yudhishthira." When Shauri, best of men, having taken leave, set out standing on his chariot, the great bowmen and foremost heroes of the Bharatas followed him: Bhishma, Drona, Kripa, the Kshattri Vidura, Dhritarashtra, Bahlika, Ashvatthama, Vikarna, and the great chariot-warrior Yuyutsu. Then, on the great white chariot adorned with ringing bells, he set out before the eyes of the Kurus, to see Pritha, his father's sister.
