Translation

Then the enraged and mighty Satyaki, in battle, pierced the cruel and powerful rakshasa Alambusha with terrible arrows. The lord of the rakshasas then cut his bow with a half-moon arrow, wounded him with more arrows, wrought a rakshasa illusion, and showered him with rains of arrows. There we beheld the astonishing valor of Shaineya: struck by sharp arrows in the battle, he did not lose his composure. Varshneya then employed the Aindra weapon, which he had received from Vijaya through the glorious Madhava. This weapon reduced the rakshasa's illusion to ashes and, from every side, showered Alambusha with terrible arrows, as a cloud in the rainy season showers a mountain with torrents of water. Thus oppressed by the great-souled Madhava, the rakshasa fled in terror, abandoning Satyaki in the battle. Shaineya, before the eyes of your warriors, defeated this lord of the rakshasas, who was unconquerable in battle even for Maghavan, and spared his life. Then Satyaki of true valor began striking down your warriors as well with many sharp arrows, and they fled, tormented by fear.
