तेजो ह वा उदानः ।
तस्माद् उपशान्ततेजाः ।
पुनर्भवम् इन्द्रियैर् मनसि संपद्यमानैः

tejo ha vā udānaḥ |
tasmād upaśāntatejāḥ |
punarbhavam indriyair manasi saṃpadyamānaiḥ
