किम् अहं पूर्वम् एवेह भवता नाभिचोदितः ॥
उपायो ऽत्र महान् अस्ति येनैतद् उपपद्यते ॥
तद् एष ऋषभो नाम पर्वतः सागरोरसि ॥
अत्र विश्रम्य भुक्त्वा च निवर्तिष्याव गालव ॥

kim ahaṃ pūrvam eveha bhavatā nābhicoditaḥ ||
upāyo 'tra mahān asti yenaitad upapadyate ||
tad eṣa ṛṣabho nāma parvataḥ sāgarorasi ||
atra viśramya bhuktvā ca nivartiṣyāva gālava ||

"Why did you not ask me about this before? There is a great means here by which this task can be accomplished. Here is the mountain named Rishabha, on the breast of the ocean. Having rested here and taken food, we shall return, O Galava."
