Traducción

Having heard Shikhandi's words, Savyasachi, the scourge of foes, thought, 'This is the hour,' and began to urge Shikhandi on: 'I will follow behind you, scattering the enemy with arrows. Charge furiously upon Bhishma of terrible valor. For this mighty one will not be able to harm you in battle. Therefore, today, mighty-armed hero, attack Bhishma. If you depart without slaying Bhishma in battle, honored one, you will become, together with me, a laughingstock of this world. So that we are not mocked, hero, in this great battle, make every effort on the field and slay the grandfather. I shall provide you protection in the fight, scourge of foes; holding back all the chariot-warriors, you slay the grandfather.'
