यस्मिन् द्यौः पृथिवी च अन्तरिक्षम् ओतं मनः सह प्राणैः च सर्वैः ।
तम् एव एकं जानथ आत्मानम् अन्याः वाचः विमुञ्चथ अमृतस्य एषः सेतुः ॥

Translation
In whom heaven, earth and the mid-region are woven, the mind together with all the prāṇas — know Him alone as the Ātman; let go of other words: He is the bridge of immortality.

After the shot, concentration upon the One. yasmin dyauḥ pṛthivī cāntarikṣam otam — "in whom heaven, earth and the mid-region are woven" (√ve — "to weave": the world is cloth upon Him as upon a warp; the same metaphor as Gārgī's in the Bṛhadāraṇyaka: "on what is everything woven?"), manaḥ saha prāṇaiś ca sarvaiḥ — "and the mind together with all the prāṇas": both the cosmos and the inner order are one fabric on one Warp.
tam evaikaṁ jānatha ātmānam — "know Him alone as the Ātman": eka — "alone" — is the stress of the verse; and then, sternly: anyā vāco vimuñcatha — "let go of other words": much learning, the disputes of schools, the endless "but others say…" — all this is noise on the arrow's path. Not a prohibition of thought, but a prohibition of dispersal: one does not lecture an archer at the moment of aim.
amṛtasyaiṣa setuḥ — "He is the bridge of immortality": setu is a causeway across waters: the one firm ground across the ocean of death (the Kaṭha called Naciketas' fire so; the Śvetāśvatara will call the Lord "the bridge of immortality and the support"). The formula is profound: what serves as a bridge is not a doctrine about Him — He Himself; one crosses not by words but by God. Hence "let go of words": on a bridge one holds the railing, not the conversation about railings.
