नेत्रस्थं जाग्रतं विद्यात्कण्ठे स्वप्नं विनिर्दिशेत् । सुषुप्तं हृदयस्थं तु तुरीयं मूर्ध्नि संस्थितम्

netrasthaṃ jāgrataṃ vidyātkaṇṭhe svapnaṃ vinirdiśet | suṣuptaṃ hṛdayasthaṃ tu turīyaṃ mūrdhni saṃsthitam

Translation

Let him know waking in the eye, let him assign dream to the throat, deep sleep to the heart; and the fourth is set in the crown.
