"Moonlight on Kṛṣṇa's day" — Kavi Karṇapūra's poem on the eight periods of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa's day in Vraja: waking in the forest bower at night's end, morning in the homes of Vraja, the meal and going to the forest, the midday pastimes by Rādhā-kuṇḍa, the herd's return, evening and night. One of the first poems on the eightfold pastime (aṣṭa-kālīya-līlā) that shapes Gauḍīya meditation.
