Traducción

Vaishampayana said: "While the Pandavas dwelt in Dvaitavana, the great forest filled with brahmanas. The constant sound of Vedic hymns made the sacred lake like Brahmaloka: the Yajus verses, Riks, Samans, and sacred formulas penetrated the heart. The twang of the Pandavas' bowstrings mingled with the voice of Brahman, and kshatriya strength, joined with spiritual knowledge, shone brighter still. Then Baka Dalbhya, seeing Yudhishthira at the evening sandhya amid the sages, said: 'Behold how the ascetic brahmanas, protected by you, perform the homa and follow dharma. The best lineages of sages have gathered here with you.'"
