Traducción

And many warriors dwelling upon the hills and in impregnable strongholds, and many nobly born, advanced in years, and many mleccha tribes, mighty too with diverse weapons, have gathered together and are devoted to the cause of the Pandavas. There came also Pandya, who, scarcely inferior to Indra on the field of battle, is attended in combat by countless warriors of great valor. Wondrously heroic, endowed with unprecedented prowess and vigor, he is devoted to the cause of the Pandavas. That very Satyaki, who, as I have heard, received weapons from Drona, Arjuna, Krishna, Kripa, and Bhishma, and who is said to be the equal of Krishna's own son, is faithfully devoted to the cause of the Pandavas. And all the assembled kings of the Chedi and Karusha tribes have taken the field on the side of the Pandavas with all their resources. He who stood among them, endowed with dazzling beauty and shining like the sun, whom all men deemed unassailable in battle and the finest of all archers on earth, was slain by Krishna in an instant through his great might, setting at naught the courage of all the kshatriya kings.
