Traducción

'O bestower of honors, it is by this very present offering that the sacrifice becomes successful. The giver of such gifts attains liberation. Indeed, these gifts constitute the fruit that one enjoys in the heavens. They are held to be the very embodiment of peace and tranquility. What then shall I obtain for my teacher? Let it be spoken.' The illustrious Vishvamitra knew that he had indeed been overcome by Galava's service, and so the sage tried to dismiss him, repeating again and again, 'Go, go.' He said: 'Give me eight hundred horses, each as white as moonbeams, and each with one black ear. Go now, O Galava, and delay no longer.'
