Traducción

When they, O hero, advance upon you in battle desiring victory, I shall fight them, seeking either victory or death in the fray. Partha and Vasudeva, bearers of the Gandiva and the discus -- these two supreme men I shall meet as though meeting the sun and moon at twilight. And those noble charioteers, the warriors of the son of Pandu, I shall meet together with their troops at the forefront of battle. These rathas and atirathas, O king, I have named for you in order of rank; likewise, O lord of the Kauravas, some of their ardharathas too have been named. Arjuna, Vasudeva, and all the other kings who will be there, I shall hold back for as long as I can see, O Bharata.
