व्यवस्थिताः प्रतिव्यूह्य तव पुत्रस्य वाहिनीम् ॥
स्रंसन्त इव मज्जानो योधानां भरतर्षभ ॥
दृष्ट्वाग्रतो भीमसेनं गदापाणिम् अवस्थितम् ॥

Traducción
Thus these tigers among men, the Pandavas, rejoicing in battle, arrayed themselves against the army of your son. And the very marrow of the warriors, O bull of the Bharatas, seemed to dissolve when they saw Bhimasena standing before them, mace in hand.

The chapter closes not with a general view of the army but with the image of Bhima before the ranks. His presence acts even before a blow is struck: fear enters the bodies of the enemy. The Vajra-vyuha finds its living point, and that point is not abstract strategy but the personal strength of the hero.
