अनुवाद

"I promised my teacher eight hundred horses, white and moon-bright, each with one black ear. I see no way to free myself from this debt, O egg-born one; therefore the only path I have found for myself is to part with my life. I have no wealth of any kind, and no friend possessed of wealth; even great resources could not remove this burden." Narada said: "When Galava had spoken so long and so piteously, the son of Vinata, still flying on and smiling, answered him: 'O brahmin sage, you are not very wise if you wish to take your own life. Death is not brought about artificially: Time is the supreme lord.'"
