译文

The warriors were greatly roused and took up their weapons. Among them twenty thousand banners rose over the heroes, five thousand elephants, lines of chariots, and brave foot soldiers bearing bows, swords, and maces followed by the thousands behind and by the thousands ahead. There, where Yudhishthira himself stood in the ocean of the army, the guardians of the earth stationed themselves chiefly around him. There were thousands of elephants, tens of thousands of horses, thousands of chariots and foot soldiers, O Bharata; relying on them, he advanced against Suyodhana, the son of Dhritarashtra. Then other men, by the hundreds, thousands, and tens of thousands, marched on behind, shouting loudly, and their divisions went forth by the thousands.
