जानन्तो ऽस्य प्रकृतिं केशवस्य; न्ययोजयन् दस्युवधाय कृष्णम् ॥
स तत् कर्म प्रतिशुश्राव दुष्करम्; ऐश्वर्यवान् सिद्धिषु वासुदेवः ॥
निर्मोचने षट् सहस्राणि हत्वा; संछिद्य पाशान् सहसा क्षुरान्तान् ॥
मुरं हत्वा विनिहत्यौघराक्षसं; निर्मोचनं चापि जगाम वीरः ॥
तत्रैव तेनास्य बभूव युद्धं; महाबलेनातिबलस्य विष्णोः ॥
शेते स कृष्णेन हतः परासुर्; वातेनेव मथितः कर्णिकारः ॥
आहृत्य कृष्णो मणिकुण्डले ते; हत्वा च भौमं नरकं मुरं च ॥
श्रिया वृतो यशसा चैव धीमान्; प्रत्याजगामाप्रतिमप्रभावः ॥
तस्मै वरान् अददंस् तत्र देवा; दृष्ट्वा भीमं कर्म रणे कृतं तत् ॥
श्रमश् च ते युध्यमानस्य न स्याद्; आकाशे वा अप्सु चैव क्रमः स्यात् ॥

jānanto 'sya prakṛtiṃ keśavasya; nyayojayan dasyuvadhāya kṛṣṇam ||
sa tat karma pratiśuśrāva duṣkaram; aiśvaryavān siddhiṣu vāsudevaḥ ||
nirmocane ṣaṭ sahasrāṇi hatvā; saṃchidya pāśān sahasā kṣurāntān ||
muraṃ hatvā vinihatyaugharākṣasaṃ; nirmocanaṃ cāpi jagāma vīraḥ ||
tatraiva tenāsya babhūva yuddhaṃ; mahābalenātibalasya viṣṇoḥ ||
śete sa kṛṣṇena hataḥ parāsur; vāteneva mathitaḥ karṇikāraḥ ||
āhṛtya kṛṣṇo maṇikuṇḍale te; hatvā ca bhaumaṃ narakaṃ muraṃ ca ||
śriyā vṛto yaśasā caiva dhīmān; pratyājagāmāpratimaprabhāvaḥ ||
tasmai varān adadaṃs tatra devā; dṛṣṭvā bhīmaṃ karma raṇe kṛtaṃ tat ||
śramaś ca te yudhyamānasya na syād; ākāśe vā apsu caiva kramaḥ syāt ||
