Like a brahmana before an assembly of Chandalas, your words, O Madhava, would win no respect among those ignorant and wicked wretches who feel no reverence for anything worthy of reverence. The fool, so long as he has strength, will never submit to your counsel. Whatever words you speak to him will be entirely useless. It seems to me improper, O Krishna, that you should enter the midst of those malevolent wretches seated together. It does not seem proper to me, O Krishna, that in going there you should speak words to those wicked, foolish, and unrighteous beings, so numerous as they are.
