ज्याविद्युच् चासंह्रादो धृष्टद्युम्नलाकः
धाराश्मर्षाणि व्यसृजत् र्वतोदिशम्
निघ्नन् राश्वौघांश् छायाम् वाहिनीम्

Translation

With his sword as his fore-wind, surrounded by javelins, darts, and blades, with bowstring as lightning and bow as thunder, the cloud that was Dhrishtadyumna poured out streams of arrows, [like] a rain of stones, in every direction; striking down streams of the finest chariots and horses, he screened the army [with himself].
