तं कृष्णः प्रत्युवाचेदं बहूक्त्वा गुणविस्तरम् ॥
त्वम् एव राजशार्दूल सम्राड् अर्हो महाक्रतुम् ॥
संप्राप्नुहि त्वया प्राप्ते कृतकृत्यास् ततो वयम् ॥
यजस्वाभीप्सितं यज्ञं मयि श्रेयस्य् अवस्थिते ॥
नियुङ्क्ष्व चापि मां कृत्ये सर्वं कर्तास्मि ते वचः ॥
युधिष्ठिर उवाच
सफलः कृष्ण संकल्पः सिद्धिश् च नियता मम ॥
यस्य मे त्वं हृषीकेश यथेप्सितम् उपस्थितः ॥

tvam eva rājaśārdūla samrāḍ arho mahākratum ||
saṃprāpnuhi tvayā prāpte kṛtakṛtyās tato vayam ||

niyuṅkṣva cāpi māṃ kṛtye sarvaṃ kartāsmi te vacaḥ ||
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca
saphalaḥ kṛṣṇa saṃkalpaḥ siddhiś ca niyatā mama ||
yasya me tvaṃ hṛṣīkeśa yathepsitam upasthitaḥ ||
To him Krishna, having said much about his abundance of virtues, replied thus: "You alone, tiger among kings, are worthy, as sovereign, of the great sacrifice; perform the desired sacrifice. I stand here for your good — assign me to any task, and I shall do all according to your word." [Yudhishthira replied:] "Fruitful, Krishna, is my resolve, and success is assured for me, since you, Hrishikesha, stand before me as I desired."

Wondrous are the Lord's words: "assign me also to any task — I shall do all according to your word." It is telling that the Supreme, whom the whole universe serves, places Himself at the disposal of His devotee, ready for any errand. This is the summit of love's descent: the Master becomes the servant of His own servant. And Yudhishthira's answer is precise: success is assured not by his own strength but by the fact that Krishna Himself "stands before" him. The verse teaches that where the Lord serves of His own will, an undertaking cannot fail; and blessed is he who has won such love that the Supreme Himself takes up the labor at his word.
