Traducción

In the places where he stopped, thousands of brahmins praised this giver of wealth with hymns and honored him with dishes of curd, clarified butter, and honey, and with gifts of riches. Those same women, coming out onto the road, showered the face of this illustrious hero, devoted to the welfare of all beings, with fragrant wildflowers. Then he came upon a delightful place called Shalibhavana, full of every kind of crop, a place both charming and sacred, after he, O bull of the Bharata race, had seen various villages teeming with bees, lovely to behold and pleasing to the heart, and had passed through various towns and kingdoms. Ever joyful and kind-hearted, well protected by the Bharatas and therefore free from any anxiety over the schemes of invaders, and unacquainted with any misfortune, many inhabitants of Upaplavya, coming out of their city, stood together along the road, eager to see Krishna.
