Traducción

“‘The game of dice, O wise one, destroys the joy of the worthy; there, among the unworthy, discord and disaster are born. This terrible calamity, with gambling as its gateway, you brought about without considering it, together with men of evil conduct and sinful consequence. Who else could so insult the wife of his kinsmen, drag her into the assembly, and speak to her as you spoke to Draupadi? She is noble, endowed with virtue, dearer than life, the queen of the sons of Pandu, and thus she was humiliated by you. All the Kurus know how Duhshasana spoke to the sons of Kunti in the Kuru assembly, when these vanquishers of foes were departing into exile.’”
