अनुवाद

Having seen Vivindhya slain and their army shaken, Shalva again approached on the Saubha, which moved as it willed. The army of Dvaraka's people was thrown into confusion, seeing him low over the earth in the Saubha. Then Pradyumna went forth, arrayed the army, and said to the Anartas: 'Stand fast, all of you, and watch me in battle as I by force check the Saubha together with its king. Today I shall destroy the army of the lord of Saubha with iron arrows like serpents loosed from my bow-arm, O Yadavas. Take heart, have no fear: the king of Saubha shall perish today. Attacked by me, this evil-souled one shall perish together with his Saubha.' When the joyful Pradyumna spoke thus, the army stood firm once more and fought at ease.
