अनुवाद

Yudhishthira said: "There is nothing surprising, Madhava, in what you say. But for me truth is the thing most worth guarding, not a kingdom. Krishna alone truly knows me, and I too truly know Krishna. When this foremost of men, Madhava, understands the time for valor, then in battle you, hero of Shini's line, and Keshava will conquer Suyodhana. Let the heroes of the Dasharhas return home today. I stand firm, having as protectors the lords of the human world. Do not be careless of dharma, you of immeasurable worth; I shall see you all gathered together again, happy." Vaishampayana said: "They took leave of one another, bowed to each other, embraced the elders and all the children; the foremost of the Yadus went to their own homes, and the king continued his round of the tirthas. Having taken leave of Krishna, the King of Dharma then came to the sacred Sutirtha, honored by the kings of Vidarbha, and after that dwelt by the Payoshni, whose waters mingle with those of the son of Soma."
