अनुवाद

When the charioteer was slain, O king, and I, shaken by this calamity, kept loosing arrows at Rama, he sent at me arrows like unto death. Then Bhargava, seeing me thrown into confusion by the death of my charioteer, struck me hard with an arrow, having drawn his mighty bow. That blood-thirsty shaft fell between my collarbones, O king, and together with me sank to the ground. Believing me slain, Rama, O best of the Bharatas, roared loudly like a cloud and exulted again and again. When I had thus fallen, O king, Rama, filled with joy, together with his followers let out a great shout.
