अनुवाद

Those Kauravas who stood there beside me, and the people who had come to watch that battle, seeing me struck down, fell into extreme distress. Then, as I lay fallen, O lion among kings, I saw eight brahmins shining like the sun and fire. They surrounded me on every side and stood amid the battle, upholding me with their own arms. Protected by these brahmins, I did not touch the ground; I remained suspended in the air, held up by them as if by kinsmen. I seemed as one asleep in the air, sprinkled with drops of water. Then these brahmins, O king, holding me up, all together said, 'Fear not,' and again and again, 'May well-being be yours.' Comforted by their words, I rose up suddenly and beheld my mother, the foremost of rivers, standing upon her chariot.
