अनुवाद

Thus addressed by Karna, your son Duryodhana said there to his brother Duhshasana these words: 'Duhshasana, quickly make ready everything, so that the escort be prepared on every side.' Having said this, the king addressed Karna: 'Having honored Bhishma, the foremost of men, and having obtained his consent, I shall quickly return from there to you, tamer of foes. Then you, tiger among men, shall begin the battle.' Then your son, lord of the people, set out swiftly together with all his brothers, like Shatakratu-Indra amid the gods. Then his brother Duhshasana swiftly helped this kingly hero, equal to a tiger in valor, to mount his horse. The son of Dhritarashtra, great king, shone like Mahendra: adorned with armlets, a bound crown, and ornaments upon his hands, anointed with excellent fragrant sandalwood paste, the color of the bhandi flower and of gold. Clad in spotless garments, the king with the gait of a playful lion gleamed with pure radiance, like the autumn sun.
