译文

Vaishampayana said: 'Having bowed to Narayana and Nara, and to the goddess Sarasvati, one should utter the word "Jaya." Then those valiant descendants of the Kurus who belonged to the same party as Virata, having joyfully celebrated Abhimanyu's wedding and rested through the night, arrived at dawn, well pleased, at Virata's court. And all these mighty kings of men gathered in that place. On the foremost seats sat the two kings, Virata and Drupada, and the venerable, aged rulers of the earth, together with Balarama and Krishna and their father, all seated there — the sons of King Drupada, Bhima and Arjuna, and the two sons of Madri, Pradyumna and Samba, both valiant in battle, and Abhimanyu together with the sons of Virata.'
