译文

‘I bow before this goddess Night — holy, pure, pursuing her course during this northward journey of the sun — 1 may my desire be fulfilled.’ Having said this, she, in a purified state of body and soul, bowed to the goddess Night. And for the sake of her chastity and truthfulness she resorted to divination. 2 And she asked: ‘Show me the place where the king of the gods dwells. Let truth be confirmed by truth.’ And thus she addressed the goddess of Divination.’
