译文

But, O bull among men, only Karna and I, O lord, are prepared to celebrate a sacrifice of battle with all the necessary rites, making Yudhishthira the offering. In this sacrifice my chariot shall be the altar; my sword shall be the smaller ladle, my mace the great one for libations; my armor shall be the gathered onlookers; my four horses shall serve as the officiating priests; my arrows shall be the blades of kusha grass; and glory shall be the clarified butter. O king, having performed in Yama's honor such a sacrifice in battle, all of whose ingredients we ourselves shall furnish, we shall return victorious, wrapped in glory, once we have destroyed our enemies. We three, O sire — namely I, Karna, and my brother Duhshasana — shall slay the Pandavas in battle.
