译文

Vaishampayana said: having heard these words of Sanjaya, the great-minded King Dhritarashtra fell into meditation upon his sons, O lord of men. Having pondered, O great king, he spoke again: "Without doubt, O son of a suta, Time contracts the world and creates everything anew; here there is nothing eternal. Nara and Narayana, the all-knowing sustainer of all beings — Him the gods call Vaikuntha, and the Vedas name Him Lord Vishnu."
