译文

"The self-controlled one, having inwardly renounced all actions, the embodied one abides happily in the city of nine gates, neither acting nor causing action. The Lord creates for the world neither agency, nor actions, nor union with the fruits of action; it is nature that acts. The all-pervading one takes on no one's sin, nor anyone's good deed. Knowledge is covered by ignorance, and so living beings fall into delusion. But for those whose ignorance is destroyed by knowledge within the self, that knowledge, like the sun, illumines the supreme reality. Those whose reason is fixed on Him, whose self is in Him, who are established in Him and have Him as their highest goal, go to the state of no return, their impurity washed away by knowledge."
