तपस्विभ्यो ऽधिको योगी ज्ञानिभ्यो ऽपि मतो ऽधिकः ॥
कर्मिभ्यश् चाधिको योगी तस्माद् योगी भवार्जुन ॥
योगिनाम् अपि सर्वेषां मद्गतेनान्तरात्मना ॥
श्रद्धावान् भजते यो मां स मे युक्ततमो मतः ॥

'The yogi is superior to ascetics; he is considered superior even to men of knowledge, and superior to men of ritual action; therefore, O Arjuna, be a yogi. And among all yogis, he whose inner self has gone to Me, and who, endowed with faith, worships Me, is considered by Me the most perfectly united.'

The chapter closes with a clear conclusion: the highest yogi is not merely a technician of meditation but one whose heart is turned toward Krishna and who serves Him with faith. Bhakti is revealed as the summit of yoga.
