Ravana struck Rama with a rain of shaktis, spears, and swords, while Rama struck Ravana with sharp iron arrows. Lakshmana pierced Indrajit with arrows that broke through his vulnerable points, and Indrajit wounded Lakshmana with many arrows. Vibhishana and Prahasta showered each other with sharp, bird-feathered arrows. The clash of the great weapons of these mighty warriors was such that all three worlds, moving and unmoving, trembled at it."
