'This whole world is pervaded by Me in My unmanifest form; all beings dwell in Me, but I do not dwell in them. And yet beings do not dwell in Me — behold My divine yoga. I sustain beings, I bring them forth, yet I am not confined within them. As the great wind, moving everywhere, ever abides in space, so do all beings abide in Me; thus understand this.'

Krishna reveals the simultaneity of immanence and transcendence. Everything is held within Him, yet He does not become dependent on the world or limited by it. This guards bhakti against two errors: regarding the Lord as remote from creation, or dissolving Him into creation.
