दिग्गजाश् चैव चत्वारः क्षितिः खं गगनं ग्रहाः ॥
अधस्ताद् धरणीं यो ऽसौ सदा धारयते नृप ॥
स शेषः पन्नगश्रेष्ठः स्वस्ति तुभ्यं प्रयच्छतु ॥

vivasvān bhagavān svasti karotu tava sarvaśaḥ ||
diggajāś caiva catvāraḥ kṣitiḥ khaṃ gaganaṃ grahāḥ ||
adhastād dharaṇīṃ yo 'sau sadā dhārayate nṛpa ||
sa śeṣaḥ pannagaśreṣṭhaḥ svasti tubhyaṃ prayacchatu ||

"May blessed Vivasvan [the Sun] grant you well-being in every way; and the four elephants of the quarters, the earth, the expanse, the sky, the planets. He who below always upholds the earth, O king -- that Shesha, best of serpents, may he grant well-being to you."

The svasti closes by invoking the upholders of the world -- the Sun, the elephants of the directions, and Shesha, on whose heads the earth rests. It is telling that Shesha is named: the Vaishnava tradition reveres him as Ananta, the couch of Vishnu Himself. Thus in the crown of the blessing a nearness to the Lord shows through. The verse teaches that at the foundation of all well-being stands the One on whom the world rests: Shesha-Ananta, the support of the earth, is a manifestation of the Lord Himself; and true svasti, true well-being, descends from Him who bears the whole of creation upon Himself.
