दातिनं तु कौन्तेयं युध्यमानं र्षभाः
नाक्नुवन् वायितुं तद् द्भुतम् वावत्
त्सु थौघेषु प्रभूवाजिषु
नासंभ्रमत् दा पार्थस् तद् स्य पुरुषान् ति

śaknuvan vārayituṃ tad adbhutam ibhavat ||
āpatatsu rathaugheṣu prabhūtagajajiṣu ||

Translation

The bull-like men could not restrain Kaunteya, though on foot, as he fought — that was as if a wonder. When streams of chariots with a multitude of elephants and horses rushed upon him, Partha was not troubled then — that quality in him surpasses all men.
