गमनं सहदाराणाम् एतद् आगमनं मम ॥

Here the women of the Kurus, too, await a new daughter-in-law with love. It is telling that the whole clan -- both men and women -- longs to receive Draupadi and the Pandavas: the family reaches out to embrace those returning. This is the warmth of a reuniting house. Thus scripture displays this shared expectation; and Vidura reveals the direct purpose of his embassy -- to bring the Pandavas home.
