ततः पितामहस् तत्र सह देवैर् महर्षिभिः ॥
आजगाम विशुद्धात्मा पूजयिष्यंस् तिलोत्तमाम् ॥
वरेण छन्दिता सा तु ब्रह्मणा प्रीतिम् एव ह ॥
वरयाम् आस तत्रैनां प्रीतः प्राह पितामहः ॥

ājagāma viśuddhātmā pūjayiṣyaṃs tilottamām ||

Here the one who has carried out a difficult task is honored by the Grandsire himself. It is significant that Brahma comes to honor Tilottama: faithful fulfillment of what was entrusted deserves reward. Here is seen the truth that even an instrument of a good deed does not go without recompense. Thus the scripture shows recognition from on high; and for her service to the world Tilottama receives her boon.
