Traducción

Without doubt, he will die at once.' And he hurled at Vritra this mass of foam, mingled with the thunderbolt. And Vishnu, entering into that foam, put an end to Vritra's life. And when Vritra was slain, the quarters were freed from darkness; and a pleasant breeze also blew there; and all beings were greatly pleased. And the gods, together with the gandharvas, yakshas and rakshasas, the great serpents, and the sages, praised the mighty Indra with various hymns of praise. And greeting all beings, Indra spoke words of encouragement to all. And his heart rejoiced, as did the heart of every god, at having slain the enemy. exceedingly sorrowful; and he was also overcome by the sin of brahmanicide for having killed the three-headed son of Tvashtri.
