संप्रेक्ष्य बाणान् निहतांस् तदानीं; सुदर्शनः सात्यकिबाणवेगैः ॥
क्रोधाद् दिधक्षन्न् इव तिग्मतेजाः; शरान् अमुञ्चत् तपनीयचित्रान् ॥
पुनः स बाणैस् त्रिभिर् अग्निकल्पैर्; आकर्णपूर्णैर् निशितैः सुपुङ्खैः ॥
विव्याध देहावरणं विभिद्य; ते सात्यकेर् आविविशुः शरीरम् ॥

krodhād didhakṣann iva tigmatejāḥ; śarān amuñcat tapanīyacitrān ||
punaḥ sa bāṇais tribhir agnikalpair; ākarṇapūrṇair niśitaiḥ supuṅkhaiḥ ||
vivyādha dehāvaraṇaṃ vibhidya; te sātyaker āviviśuḥ śarīram ||

Traducción

Seeing his arrows struck down by the speed of Satyaki's shafts, Sudarshana, blazing, as though wishing to burn him from wrath, loosed gold-adorned arrows. Again with three fire-like arrows, drawn to the ear, sharp, well-feathered, he struck, piercing the body-armor; they entered Satyaki's body.
