संप्राप्य एनम् ऋषयः ज्ञानतृप्ताः कृतात्मानः वीतरागाः प्रशान्ताः ।
ते सर्वगं सर्वतः प्राप्य धीराः युक्तात्मानः सर्वम् एव आविशन्ति ॥

Having attained Him, the seers, sated with knowledge, having perfected themselves, free from passion, wholly at peace — having found the All-pervading everywhere, joined to Him in soul, they enter into the All.

A portrait of those who have arrived. samprāpyainam ṛṣayaḥ — "having attained Him, the seers": jñāna-tṛptāḥ — "sated with knowledge": tṛpta — fed full: truth satisfies like food, and the mind's eternal hunger is stilled; kṛtātmānaḥ — "having perfected themselves" (the work is over, the tool laid down); vīta-rāgāḥ — free of passion; praśāntāḥ — at peace with a deep calm.
te sarvagaṁ sarvataḥ prāpya — "having found the All-pervading everywhere": they did not find Him in one place but in all: the finding of the Omnipresent is not a point but an omnipresence of meeting; dhīrā yuktātmānaḥ — "the wise, with soul joined [to Him]" (yukta — the yoking, the yoke of love and will); sarvam evāviśanti — "they enter into the All": liberation as an entering, not an exiting: not a flight out of being but a stepping into its fullness — the doors are everywhere, for the Master is everywhere.
Note the five-runged ladder of epithets: knowledge → completion → dispassion → peace → all-entering: this is what ripeness of soul looks like. And the last word is āviśanti, "they enter": the Praśna crowned its knower with the same verb (4.52): "he has entered into all". Perfection is not to vanish but to be at home everywhere.
