अनुवाद

Duryodhana said: "I have heard, father, the unfriendly words of the chattering citizens; disregarding you and Bhishma, they want the Pandava as their lord. And such is Bhishma's opinion too: he does not wish to rule; while the people in the city intend the greatest harm toward us. Pandu obtained the kingdom from his father, and by his own virtues, long ago; you, however, because of your association with a defect, did not obtain the kingdom that had fallen to you. If this Pandava obtains Pandu's inheritance, then surely his son will follow, and that one's son after him, and so on."
