प्रभासदेशं संप्राप्तं बीभत्सुम् अपराजितम् ॥
तीर्थान्य् अनुचरन्तं च शुश्राव मधुसूदनः ॥
ततो ऽभ्यगच्छत् कौन्तेयम् अज्ञातो नाम माधवः ॥
ददृशाते तदान्योन्यं प्रभासे कृष्णपाण्डवौ ॥

अनुवाद
"That Bibhatsu, the unconquered, had reached the region of Prabhasa and was wandering among the tirthas -- Madhusudana heard of this; then Madhava came to Kaunteya, unrecognized, and Krishna and the Pandava beheld each other in Prabhasa."

Here the Lord Himself hastens to His friend the moment He hears of him. Krishna comes to Arjuna "without fanfare," simply, as one friend to another: the Lord does not wait for His devotee's call but Himself seeks the meeting. Here is the Lord's love outrunning entreaty. So the verse shows Krishna's tenderness toward His own; and the meeting at Prabhasa is a meeting of the inseparable.
