अनुवाद

Then Duryodhana, Karna, and Shakuni, son of Subala, considered Drona their island of refuge and mentally entrusted the kingdom to him. And Drona then said to the impatient Duryodhana, and to Duhshasana, and to Karna, and to all the Bharatas: 'The twice-born call the Pandavas invulnerable — they are sons of gods. But I, treating according to my strength those who have come to me for refuge — the sons of Dhritarashtra, who have come to me with all their soul and devotion, together with their king — I dare not abandon them; fate is the foundation of all, and beyond this there is nothing.'
