अनुवाद

I hope all these mighty archers are free from illness. O Sanjaya, all these greatest and best of archers, endowed with the highest intellect and learned in scripture and standing at the very summit among those who bear weapons, have joined the Kurus. I hope these archers receive the honor they deserve. I hope they are free from disease. How fortunate are those in whose kingdom dwells that mighty and handsome archer, the well-bred son of Drona! I hope Yuyutsu, the very intelligent son of Dhritarashtra by his Vaishya wife, is well. I hope, my lord, that the counselor Karna, whose advice the dull-witted Suyodhana follows, is well. I hope the elderly women, the mothers of the Bharata line, as well as the kitchen women, the female servants, the daughters-in-law, the boys, the sons of sisters, the sisters, and the sons of daughters of the house of Dhritarashtra — all are free from misfortune. My lord, I hope the king still grants the brahmins their accustomed sustenance.
