अनुवाद

O charioteer, the old king, together with his son, still thinks that his sons will not perish, O Sanjaya, on the field of battle, consumed by the blazing wrath of the sons of Pandu. You know, Sanjaya, what suffering we have endured! For the honor I bear you, I would forgive them all. You know what passed between us and the sons of Kuru. You know how we consoled ourselves in dealing with Dhritarashtra's son. Let things remain just as they were. I shall pursue peace, as you counsel me to do. Let Indraprastha be granted to me as my kingdom; let it be given to me by Duryodhana, foremost of the house of Bharata.'
