अनुवाद

He who desires to master his counselors before mastering himself, or to subdue his enemies before mastering his counselors, is in the end defeated, stripped of his power. Therefore, he who first subdues himself, regarding it as his enemy, never fails afterward to subdue his counselors and his adversaries as well. Great prosperity awaits him who has mastered his senses, or restrained his soul, or is able to punish all wrongdoers, or acts with discernment, or is blessed with patience.
