अनुवाद

Vaishampayana said: "Having heard the unpleasant speech in the assembly of the Kurus, Duryodhana answered the glorious, mighty-armed Vasudeva: 'Having carefully considered this, you ought to speak, O Keshava. For you censure me, singling me out in particular. Because of your speeches in favor of the Parthas, without cause, O Madhusudana, you constantly blame me — what balance of strength and weakness have you considered? You — the kshattar, the king, the teacher, and the grandsire — all of you censure only me and no other earthly lord. Yet I find in myself no transgression here; so it must be that all of you, together with the kings, hate me.'"
