त्रिभिर् गुणमयैर् भावैर् एभिः सर्वम् इदं जगत् ॥
मोहितं नाभिजानाति माम् एभ्यः परम् अव्ययम् ॥
दैवी ह्य् एषा गुणमयी मम माया दुरत्यया ॥
माम् एव ये प्रपद्यन्ते मायाम् एतां तरन्ति ते ॥
न मां दुष्कृतिनो मूढाः प्रपद्यन्ते नराधमाः ॥
माययापहृतज्ञाना आसुरं भावम् आश्रिताः ॥

लिप्यंतरण (IAST)

tribhir guṇamayair bhāvair ebhiḥ sarvam idaṃ jagat ||
mohitaṃ nābhijānāti mām ebhyaḥ param avyayam ||
daivī hy eṣā guṇamayī mama māyā duratyayā ||
mām eva ye prapadyante māyām etāṃ taranti te ||
na māṃ duṣkṛtino mūḍhāḥ prapadyante narādhamāḥ ||
māyayāpahṛtajñānā āsuraṃ bhāvam āśritāḥ ||

शब्दशः अर्थ
संस्कृतIASTअर्थ
त्रिभिर् गुणमयैर् भावैर्tribhir guṇamayair bhāvairby the three states composed of the gunas; by these three gunas
एभिः सर्वम् इदं जगत्ebhiḥ sarvam idaṃ jagatthis whole world; this entire universe
मोहितं नाभिजानातिmohitaṃ nābhijānātibewildered, does not recognize; deluded, does not perceive
माम् एभ्यः परम् अव्ययम्mām ebhyaḥ param avyayamMe, higher than them, the unchanging; Me, who surpasses them, the imperishable
दैवी ह्य् एषा गुणमयीdaivī hy eṣā guṇamayīdivine indeed is this, composed of the gunas; for this is My gunamayi
मम माया दुरत्ययाmama māyā duratyayāMy maya, hard to overcome; the divine maya, difficult to cross
माम् एव ये प्रपद्यन्तेmām eva ye prapadyantethose who resort to Me alone; who take refuge in Me alone
मायाम् एतां तरन्ति तेmāyām etāṃ taranti tecross beyond this maya; they pass beyond this maya
न मां दुष्कृतिनो मूढाःna māṃ duṣkṛtino mūḍhāḥevil-doers, the foolish, do not resort to Me; the wicked and deluded do not surrender to Me
प्रपद्यन्ते नराधमाःprapadyante narādhamāḥdo not surrender, the lowest of men; the lowest among men
माययापहृतज्ञानाmāyayāpahṛtajñānātheir knowledge stolen by maya; whose knowledge is stolen by maya
आसुरं भावम् आश्रिताःāsuraṃ bhāvam āśritāḥhaving taken to the demonic state; who have resorted to the asuric nature
अनुवाद

"This whole world, bewildered by the three states composed of the gunas, does not recognize Me, who am unchanging and beyond them. This divine maya of Mine, composed of the gunas, is hard to overcome; but those who resort to Me alone cross beyond this maya. Evil-doers, the foolish, the lowest among men, whose knowledge is stolen by maya and who have taken to the demonic nature, do not surrender to Me."
