अनुवाद

At this very time, Bhishma, son of Shantanu, was once again smiting the Pandava army, like the slayer of Vritra smiting the host of demons. The Panchalas, together with the Somakas, being cut down by Bhishma, made a noble resolve in battle and rushed straight upon him. The Parthas, led by Dhrishtadyumna, charged against the son of Shantanu in battle, desiring to overcome the army of your son. Likewise your warriors, O king, led by Bhishma and Drona, charged swiftly against the enemy. Then the battle raged on."
